24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late Cancellations: Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time is considered a late cancellation. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount.
